The Genius Catalyst™ – Our Core Leadership Framework

At UH Leadership Consulting, our approach is grounded in one core belief: sustainable performance comes from the conditions leaders create, not just the competencies they possess.

That belief is brought to life through our proprietary Genius Catalyst™ Framework—a catalytic model designed to unlock human potential, accelerate execution, and build empowered teams that consistently outperform.

In today’s high-pressure, fast-changing environment, hustle and control are no longer viable strategies. The most effective leaders create clarity, foster ownership, and build cultures of trust. Our framework isn't just a concept; it's a strategic lens we apply across everything we do—from leadership assessments to executive coaching to leadership development.

Psychological Safety

"I can speak up, challenge, and be myself without fear."

A culture of candor and inclusion unlocks learning, innovation, and faster execution.

Clarity

"I know what matters, why it matters, and where I fit in."

Clear direction reduces friction, drives aligned action, and helps people focus on impact over effort.

Autonomy

"I’m trusted to act, decide, and take ownership."

Trust fuels initiative. Autonomy empowers people to make smart decisions and move quickly.

Leader Presence

"My leader models awareness, calm, and care—even under pressure."

The energy leaders bring sets the tone for how others show up. Presence builds psychological safety, steadiness, and trust.

These four conditions serve as the backbone of our work. Whether we’re designing a leadership program, coaching a senior team, or aligning culture with strategy, we use the Genius Catalyst™ Framework to diagnose gaps, focus development, and drive change that lasts.
